Manager - Student Acquisition Vacancy – Shaheen Academy Meerut invites applications for the role of Manager - Student Acquisition to lead and expand our student enrollment efforts for NEET coaching programs.

Role Overview

The Student Acquisition Manager will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to attract and enroll students. This role requires leadership in marketing, outreach, and coordination with academic and counseling teams to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement student acquisition strategies across offline and online channels.

Lead student recruitment campaigns in the local market, including school visits, seminars, and digital promotions.

Manage and mentor the student acquisition team, including counselors and marketing staff.

Track and analyze recruitment performance data to refine acquisition tactics.

Collaborate with academic leaders to align student acquisition efforts with program capacity and goals.

Handle relationships with parents, schools, and local community organizations to enhance enrollment pipelines.

Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion processes.

Report on acquisition metrics and progress to senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience in student recruitment or educational marketing, preferably in coaching or academic institutions.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with NEET coaching industry and student needs.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Preferred candidates with social sector contacts or SIO/Jamat background will be given priority.
