Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and people-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive overall performance at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to ensure smooth functioning, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Operations & Service:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen coordination, and service flow.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and food quality.
  • Manage restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and table setup to ensure a premium guest experience.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Set performance goals, create shift rosters, and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
  • Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work culture among staff.

Customer Experience:

  • Interact with guests, handle complaints or feedback professionally, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Build relationships with regular guests and local community to encourage repeat visits.

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and optimize table turnover.
  • Monitor daily cash flow, billing accuracy, and inventory control.
  • Suggest and execute promotional offers, upselling strategies, and events to increase footfall.

Compliance & Administration:

  • Ensure all licenses, safety protocols, and legal requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, attendance, vendor bills, and operational costs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and quality assurance.
  • Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of restaurant POS systems, billing, and operations management.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer-first attitude and calm approach under pressure.
