Role ObjectiveWe are looking for a high-energy, "Hardcore Sales" professional to dominate the packaged mineral water market in Meerut. This is not a desk job. You will be responsible for aggressive market penetration, expanding our distribution footprint, and ensuring our brand is the first choice for retailers, distributors, and bulk consumers across the city.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Sales & Distribution: Appoint and manage a network of distributors and super-stockists across Meerut (Partapur, Mawana Road, Modipuram, etc.).
  • Retail Penetration: Execute daily market visits (PJP) to onboard new outlets, including Kirana stores, Pan shops, pharmacies, and departmental stores.
  • Institutional Sales: Target high-volume bulk segments such as hotels, restaurants, cafes (HORECA), corporate offices, and event planners.
  • Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure maximum brand visibility through POS materials (posters, danglers) and premium shelf placement at the retail level.
  • Competition Analysis: Keep a sharp eye on competitors' pricing, schemes, and supply chains to provide real-time feedback for strategic pivoting.
  • Recovery & Reporting: Ensure timely collections from the market and provide daily sales reports (DSR) including primary and secondary sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of "on-the-ground" sales experience in FMCG, preferably in beverages, snacks, or dairy.
  • Local Knowledge: Must have a deep understanding of Meerut’s geography and established relationships with local FMCG distributors.
  • Skills: * Exceptional negotiation and "closing" skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet stiff monthly targets.
  • Strong physical stamina for extensive field travel.
  • Tools: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
  • Education: 10+2
