Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Meerut (with travel to NCR when required)

Experience: 4–7 years in F&B, Retail, FMCG sales & marketing

Qualification: Graduate/MBA preferred

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales Growth & Outlet PerformanceDrive monthly sales targets for sweets, bakery, namkeen, dine-in, and gifting.
• Plan store-level promotions, festive offers, BOGO schemes, sampling & events.
• Monitor daily sales MIS, customer trends and footfall analysis.
• Coordinate with outlet teams for upselling, product display & visual merchandising.
• Marketing & BrandingPlan and execute local marketing campaigns for Taste of Delhi.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp marketing.
• Oversee photo/video shoots, product promotions, festival campaigns.
• Build strong brand identity across packaging, menus and marketing collateral.
• Corporate & Bulk SalesDevelop tie-ups with corporate clients, schools, colleges, event planners, marriage houses, wholesalers.
• Handle corporate gifting orders, festive hampers & bulk sweet orders.
• Expand B2B distribution for bakery & namkeen SKUs.
• Market IntelligenceTrack competitor pricing, new products, customer preferences.
• Suggest new items, combos and seasonal SKUs for menu growth.
• Required SkillsStrong communication & negotiation skills
• Proven track record in F&B/retail sales
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools
• Ability to manage targets & execute ground-level promotions
• Leadership skills to manage marketing team & outlet coordination
