Job Description

Location: EasyBuild Experience Center (Meerut).

Role Objective

To act as a technical bridge between customer vision and real-world execution, delivering:

  • Accurate product recommendations

  • Seamless conversion from consultation → order

Key Responsibilities (Detailed)

1. Consultative Selling (Core Function)

  • Guide customers across 12 construction categories
  • Structure → Finishing 
  • Understand: 
  • Project stage (planning / construction / finishing) 
  • Budget constraints 
  • Design preferences 
  • Recommend: 
  • Product combinations 
  • Alternatives (good / better / best) 
  • Compatibility across categories 

2. Technical Advisory & Specification

  • Provide in-depth technical guidance
  • Material grades 
  • Load-bearing requirements 
  • Durability and lifecycle 
  • Ensure: 
  • Right product for right application 
  • No mismatch across categories 

3. Metaverse / 3D Visualization Expertise

  • Operate 3D / metaverse tools to: 
  • Visualize customer spaces 
  • Simulate product placement 
  • Help customers make confident decisions 
  • Translate: 
  • Abstract ideas → visual outcomes 

4. BOQ Engineering & Accuracy

  • Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects 
  • Ensure: 
  • <2% variance from actual requirement 
  • Accurate material estimation 
  • Cost alignment with budget 
  • Coordinate with: 
  • ECM (Experience Center Manager) 
  • Backend / vendor teams 

5. Influencer & Contractor Engagement

  • Interact with: 
  • Contractors 
  • Architects 
  • Designers 
  • Speak their language: 
  • Technical specifications 
  • Site requirements 
  • Execution constraints 
  • Build trust and influence product selection decisions 

6. Conversion Ownership

  • Drive: 
  • Consultation → lead → order conversion 
  • Handle: 
  • Objections 
  • Price comparisons 
  • Technical doubts 
  • Ensure closure of high-value opportunities 

7. Cross-Category Integration

  • Ensure compatibility across: 
  • Cement + adhesives 
  • Tiles + bathware 
  • Paints + surface prep 
  • Avoid: 
  • Product conflicts 
  • Application errors 

8. CRM & Lead Management

  • Capture all consultations in CRM 
  • Maintain: 
  • Customer profiles
