• Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Uttapam, Sambar, Rasam, and various chutneys.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
• Plan daily menus and manage raw material requirements.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of food.
• Minimize food wastage and manage kitchen inventory.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
