Job Title: Telesales Executive – Personal Loans

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers from the provided database and convincing them to apply for personal loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers from the given database.
• Explain personal loan products, features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan solutions.
• Convince and guide customers to complete the loan application process.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English required).
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
• Experience in telesales, banking, or financial products is preferred.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
