Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team and promote solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets through telephonic communication.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar products and services.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly target-based sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
• Report daily updates in the WhatsApp group by 9:00 PM.
• Requirements:Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of solar products (training will be provided).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Prior telesales experience preferred.
• Work Schedule:Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Reporting: Daily update in WhatsApp group by 9:00 PM
• Compensation:Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives based on performance.
• Incentives: Earn extra for achieving and exceeding targets.
