• Premium visual experience
• Seamless phygital functionality
• Zero disruption in customer journey
• Best-in-class store hygiene and presentation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Zonal Excellence & Visual Perfection

• Conduct daily audits across all 12 zones:
• Structure
• Tiles
• Bathware
• Paints
• Hardware
• Electrical, etc.
• Ensure:
• Product displays are aligned and clean
• Lighting highlights key products
• No damaged or outdated samples
• Maintain:
• Visual consistency
• Premium aesthetic appeal

2. Visual Merchandising Strategy Execution

• Implement:
• Category-wise display logic
• Customer flow-based layout
• Optimize:
• Product placement for visibility
• High-margin / high-demand product positioning
• Refresh displays:
• Based on campaigns
• Seasonal demand
• New product launches

3. Phygital Infrastructure Management

• Ensure all digital tools are:
• Fully functional
• Updated
• Ready for use at all times

Including:

• Tablets
• CRM devices
• 3D visualization screens
• VR / metaverse setups
• Perform:
• Daily device checks
• Basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with tech vendors for escalations

4. Sample & Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory of:
• Product samples
• Demo units
• Display materials
• Ensure:
• No stock-outs in key categories
• Immediate replenishment
• Track:
• Sample usage
• Damage / replacement cycles

5. Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Product vendors
• Installation teams
• Maintenance providers
• Ensure:
• Timely replacement of displays
• Proper installation standards

6. Housekeeping & Facility Management

• Oversee:
• Housekeeping staff
• Security personnel
• Ensure:
• 5-star cleanliness standards
• Clean floors, walls, and displays
• Functional restrooms and common areas
• Monitor:
• Asset safety
• Store security

7. Store Readiness & Daily Checks

• Conduct:
• Opening checklist
• Mid-day inspection
• Closing checklist
• Ensure:
• Store is always customer-ready
• No downtime during business hours

8. Customer Experience Support

• Ensure:
• Demo areas are functional
• Visual tools enhance customer understanding
• Support consultants by:
• Keeping displays ready
• Ensuring smooth demos

9. Issue Identification & Resolution

• Identify:
• Display gaps
• Device issues
• Operational bottlenecks
• Resolve quickly or escalate to:
• ECM
• Vendor partners

10. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain:
• Daily audit reports
• Issue logs
• Maintenance schedules
• Share:
• Improvement recommendations
• Operational insights
