Job SummaryThe Waiter is responsible for providing courteous, efficient food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience and maintaining service standards of the hotel/restaurant.

• Key ResponsibilitiesService DutiesGreet guests politely and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and explain food & beverage items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks as per service standards.
• Check on guests during service and handle basic requests.
• Restaurant Setup & CleanlinessSet up tables before service and clear tables after use.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
• CoordinationCoordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service.
• Inform supervisor about guest feedback or complaints.
• Assist teammates during peak hours.
• Billing & ClosingPresent bills to guests when required.
• Assist in closing duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Skills & QualificationsBasic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
• Good grooming and polite behavior.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• ExperienceFreshers can apply.
• Prior hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Working HoursShift duty (including weekends and holidays).
