Waiter / Steward

Position: Steward / Senior Steward

Location: Taste of Delhi Outlets

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in service (Restaurant, Bakery, Café, QSR)

Education: IHM candidates preferred

• Key Responsibilities:Provide courteous and efficient table service to guests.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen & billing team.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and maintenance of dining area.
• Communicate menu items, specials, and recommendations to guests.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure high-quality service standards.
• Follow hygiene and grooming standards as per brand SOP.
• Assist in food presentation, serving, billing coordination.
• Maintain stock of cutlery, crockery, table supplies.
• Support in banquet/catering service when required.
• Uphold brand service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as Steward/Senior Steward in a reputed restaurant/hotel.
• IHM/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
• Good communication skills, presentable, and service-oriented.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards, table etiquette, and customer handling.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-rush hours.
