Hostel Warden – Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the safety, security, discipline, and overall welfare of hostel residents.
2. Maintain strict adherence to hostel rules, institutional policies, and code of conduct.
3. Supervise daily hostel operations, including attendance, entry/exit records
4. Address student grievances, behavioral issues, and emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner.
5. Coordinate with administration, security, housekeeping, and mess staff for smooth functioning of the hostel.
6. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises and report issues promptly.
7. Maintain accurate records related to residents, inventory, and incidents.
