Position: Warehouse Executive

Department: Supply Chain / Operations

Location: Baghpat Road, Meerut

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (Warehouse, Store Management, FMCG, Food Industry, Restaurant Supply preferred)

🔷 Role OverviewThe Warehouse Executive will be responsible for overall inventory management, store operations, material handling, inward/outward stock movement, and ensuring smooth dispatch to all Taste of Delhi outlets. The candidate must have strong experience in FMCG / food industry warehousing, preferably handling raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.

• 🔷 Key Responsibilities1. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock levels for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Perform daily stock monitoring, physical verification, and maintain stock registers.
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO method is followed for all food-related materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
• 2. Warehouse & Store OperationsManage the entire warehouse space efficiently—stacking, storage, labeling, and bin management.
• Ensure proper receiving, inspecting, and storage of incoming materials.
• Timely issuing of materials to production, kitchen, and outlets as per requisitions.
• Ensure all material handling equipment and storage racks are well-maintained.
• 3. Dispatch & DistributionCoordinate and manage dispatch of goods to all Taste of Delhi outlets.
• Ensure proper documentation: delivery challans, shipment records, invoices, etc.
• Track vehicle loading/unloading and follow proper dispatch timelines.
• Work closely with transporters and outlet teams for smooth deliveries.
• 4. Vendor & CoordinationCoordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records accurately.
• 5. Compliance & SafetyMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse as per food industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI hygiene norms for storage of food materials.
• Follow safety protocols—PPE usage, fire safety, and equipment handling.
• 6. Documentation & SystemsUpdate ERP/software/Excel sheets for stock entry, consumption, and transfers.
• Maintain documentation for audits and internal reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports related to inventory and wastage.
• 🔷 Required SkillsStrong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and dispatch operations.
• Proficiency in Excel / ERP / inventory software.
• Knowledge of food industry standards (preferred).
• Ability to manage manpower and coordinate logistics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 🔷 QualificationGraduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Warehousing (preferred).
• Certification in inventory or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
