Job Description:

We are seeking experienced AC Technicians and dedicated Helpers to join our growing team at Siigma Air Conditioners. If you have technical expertise or are willing to assist in the field of air conditioning services, we would love to hear from you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ AC Technician

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning units (both indoor and outdoor).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues such as gas leaks, electrical faults, and cooling inefficiencies.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal AC performance.
• Handle refrigerant charging, wiring connections, and thermostat setups.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all tasks.
• Communicate with clients professionally and explain technical issues clearly.

✅ Helper

• Assist AC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Manage tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
• Support in lifting, positioning, and securing AC units during installation.
• Follow instructions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

✅ For AC Technicians:

• Proven experience as an AC technician or relevant technical expertise.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigerant handling, and wiring.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

✅ For Helpers:

• Willingness to learn and assist experienced technicians.
• Good physical stamina for handling equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
