Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to handle Audit assignments and Income Tax compliance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of taxation laws, statutory audits, and regulatory filings, and be capable of independently managing client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit HandlingConduct statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and GST audits
• Preparation and verification of audit schedules, working papers, and reports
• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and other applicable laws
• Coordination with clients for audit data, clarifications, and documentation
• Assisting in finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and audit reports
• Handling audit queries and ensuring timely closure of audit observations
• Liaison with auditors and authorities during assessments and inspections

Income Tax Work

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, companies, and trusts
• Handling Tax Audit Reports (Form 3CA/3CB & 3CD)
• Computation of taxable income and tax liability
• Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS returns, corrections, and reconciliations
• Handling Income Tax notices, assessments, replies, and rectifications
• Advising clients on tax planning and compliance matters
• Monitoring due dates and ensuring timely statutory compliance
