Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with bank branches to generate new insurance leads.
• Explain various life insurance, health, and investment products to bank customers.
• Handle walk-in customers and assist in selecting suitable plans.
• Maintain a good relationship with branch staff and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct financial need analysis to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Ensure all documentation and compliance processes are followed properly.
• Support the branch team in customer queries related to insurance.
