Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Continental Chef to prepare high hu-quality European and Western cuisine. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Continental dishes, excellent cooking techniques, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a wide range of Continental dishes including Italian, French, Spanish, and other European cuisines
• Design and update menus in collaboration with the Head Chef or management
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen as per food safety regulations
• Monitor food stock, control wastage, and place ingredient orders when required
• Train and supervise kitchen staff and commis chefs
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Adapt dishes based on customer preferences and dietary requirements
