Counter Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Take customer orders at the counter politely and accurately

Prepare beverages and food items (Bubble Tea, Coffee, Fries, Snacks, etc.) as per standard recipes

Handle billing, cash, UPI, and POS transactions

Maintain cleanliness of the counter, work area, and customer space

Ensure hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Assist customers with menu suggestions and offers

Manage basic stock at the counter and inform shortages

Coordinate with kitchen/back-end staff for smooth service
