Customer Care Executive – Job Description (Laviscart)Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Care Executive who can handle queries efficiently and represent the brand with professionalism.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and email
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, returns, and payments
- Maintain polite, professional, and helpful communication at all times
- Coordinate with the operations team for order updates and issue resolution
- Ensure quick response time and smooth customer experience
- Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Requirements:Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Patient, calm, and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to handle multiple conversations at once
- Basic understanding of e-commerce (orders, tracking, COD, etc.)
- Responsible and consistent in daily work
- Preferred (Bonus):Prior experience in customer support
- Experience with WhatsApp Business or CRM tools
