Customer Care Executive – Job Description (Laviscart)Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Care Executive who can handle queries efficiently and represent the brand with professionalism.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and email
  • Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, returns, and payments
  • Maintain polite, professional, and helpful communication at all times
  • Coordinate with the operations team for order updates and issue resolution
  • Ensure quick response time and smooth customer experience
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Requirements:Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
  • Patient, calm, and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations at once
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce (orders, tracking, COD, etc.)
  • Responsible and consistent in daily work
  • Preferred (Bonus):Prior experience in customer support
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business or CRM tools
