Customer Care Executive

Role: Customer Service Associate

Location: Mumbai

Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 CTC

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries with professionalism, provide accurate information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Reach out to potential customers, follow up on leads, and promote company services/products.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
• Maintain and update customer records, track interactions, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum HSC Pass (12th grade). (Fresher/Experience)
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in one mandatory language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Assamese, Oriya, Bengali, or Punjabi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
