Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving ability, and a professional approach to handling customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the relevant department when required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain call quality standards, response time, and service KPIs.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Adhere to company policies, call scripts, and service procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in any field.
- Experience: 0–3 years in customer service, call center, or support roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Language: Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Hindi preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Patience and empathy with customers
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Good time management and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support roles.
- Experience with ticketing systems or CRM tools.
