Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving ability, and a professional approach to handling customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and processes.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the relevant department when required.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain call quality standards, response time, and service KPIs.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
  • Adhere to company policies, call scripts, and service procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate or Diploma in any field.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in customer service, call center, or support roles.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Hindi preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Patience and empathy with customers
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Good time management and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support roles.
  • Experience with ticketing systems or CRM tools.
