Job Description
A US-based collection process ( In this process, you have to call US Customers to collect their due payments from customers who have missed their Credit card payments within 90 days. You have to make their call payment or convince them to make a call payment.)
Shift Time - 5:30 PM to 10 AM (Rotational night shift)
Week Off - 5 days working 2 days week off (Rotational)
6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement - paid separately for it
Education - HSC minimum
Experience - SSC /HSC fresher and Experienced (BPO and non-BPO) both can apply
