JD:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including US shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Handle outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Adhere to company protocols and standards for call quality and customer satisfaction.
