JD:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including US shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Handle outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Adhere to company protocols and standards for call quality and customer satisfaction.
