Debt Collector And Legal Associate

Role - Paralegal role reporting directly to the attorney onshore and would be working as per US business hours

Responsibilities - Respond to and execute instructions from the state attorney, supervisors, Collections Manager, Client Relations Manager, Director of Compliance, Director of Operations, and/or President. Assist in maintaining account files, updating case records with court and vendor details. Support in drafting legal documents and pleadings. Review, revise, and assemble correspondence, pleadings, and case exhibits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualification - LLB

Experience - 1years experience into Law

Role - 3rd Party Debt Collection Specialist

Responsibilities - To achieve daily deliverables and ensure monthly targets are met.

Qualification - HSC/Graduate

Experience - Debt Collection Experience needed
