Requirement:

Candidates must have prior experience in US collections – either 1st party or 3rd party.

1. Collections Executive – US Process (Non-BPO / Non-Voice / International)

Role: 1st & 3rd Party US Collections

Eligibility:

Prior experience in US Collections (1st or 3rd Party)

Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills

Shift:

5:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Any 9 hours)

5 working days | Rotational week off

Compensation:

Up to ₹38,000 in-hand

Preference: Immediate Joiners

2. Stenger – Paralegal (LPO)

Role: Legal Support / Paralegal

Eligibility:

LLB qualification mandatory

Prior legal/paralegal experience required

Shift:

5:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Any 9 hours)

Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Compensation:

Up to ₹33,000 in-hand

3. Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process - NBP

Role: International Customer Support

Eligibility:

Minimum 1+ year experience in International Voice Process

Excellent communication & customer-handling skills

Shift Options:

7:30 PM – 4:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Compensation:

Up to ₹28,000 in-hand

4. LPO – Customer Service Executive

Role: Legal Process Outsourcing – Customer Support

Eligibility:

Minimum 1 year International Customer Service experience

Strong communication & documentation skills

Shift & Work Days:

5 working days | 2 rotational offs

Compensation:

Up to ₹30,000 in-hand
