Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions

• Perform routine procedures: scaling, fillings, RCT, extractions, crowns, bridges

• Assist or perform advanced procedures (implants, prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry – based on experience)

• Interpret dental X-rays and treatment plans

Patient Care:

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

• Explain treatment options and costs clearly

• Ensure patient comfort and follow-up care

Clinic Coordination:

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Follow sterilization, infection control, and clinic SOPs

• Coordinate with dental assistants and front desk staff

Qualifications & Skills:

• BDS degree from a recognized institution

• Valid State Dental Council registration

• Minimum 1 year hands-on clinical experience

• Good communication and case explanation skills

• Ethical, patient-centric approach
