Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Amazon & Flipkart handling experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online business operations across Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with order processing, product listings, and return management on both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily order processing and ensure timely dispatch and delivery updates on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Create and manage product listings, including writing engaging and accurate content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords).
• Monitor inventory and pricing across platforms.
• Manage and resolve returns, replacements, and customer complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for smooth operations.
• Generate and analyze sales and performance reports using Advanced Excel.
• Keep track of new policies and updates from Amazon and Flipkart.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing seller accounts on Amazon & Flipkart.
• Strong knowledge of product listing, order management, and return handling.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
• Good communication and writing skills for creating effective product content.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
