Ecommerce Supply Chain Manager

Roymax Products LLP is a growing ecommerce and quick commerce company focused on everyday essential products such as socks, handkerchiefs, and bandanas. We operate across major online marketplaces and are building a strong supply chain backbone to support our growth.

Role Overview : We are looking for an Ecommerce Supply Chain Manager who will take full ownership of consignments and ensure timely and accurate product delivery across all platforms.

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end consignment planning and dispatch
• Ensure products are delivered to warehouses and marketplaces on time
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records
• Ensure compliance with marketplace shipment requirements
• Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement improvements
• What We’re Looking ForExperience in ecommerce or marketplace supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of dispatch planning and logistics coordination
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and timelines simultaneously
• Good communication and vendor management skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
• Comfortable working with data and operational reports
