JOB Description : Electronics Engineer (LED Lighting Industry)

An Electronics LED Engineer designs, develops, tests, and maintains electronic systems and components, focusing on LEDs for lighting, displays, or sensors, involving circuit design, simulation, prototyping, ensuring quality/safety compliance, collaborating cross-functionally, and troubleshooting production issues to meet technical requirements. Key tasks include specifying LED drivers, managing thermal design, writing technical documentation, and optimizing designs for efficiency, reliability, and cost.

Job Responsibilities

•       Design & Development: Design LED circuits, drivers, and control systems; use CAD/simulation software; create prototypes for new LED products or enhancements.

•       Testing & Validation: Develop test procedures, perform functional/reliability testing, and ensure designs meet safety/performance standards (e.g., IEC, UL).

•       Manufacturing Support: Supervise production, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize designs for mass production.

•       Documentation: Create technical specifications, test reports, user manuals, and design justifications.

•       Collaboration: Work with mechanical, software, and production teams; liaise with suppliers on new materials.

•       Innovation: Research new LED technologies, improve existing designs, and manage project timelines.

Key Skills & Qualifications

. ITI/Diploma in Electronics

•       Strong understanding of analog/digital electronics, power electronics, optics, and thermal management.

•       Proficiency in design software (e.g., Altium, Cadence, PSpice) and simulation tools.

•       Experience with PLCs, microcontrollers, PCB design.

•       Problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
