FMCG Sales Executive

Field Sales Executive – Agro Nibbles (Makhana Business)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our presence across retail shops, restaurants, and corporate/gifting hampers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit and onboard retail shops, supermarkets, and kirana stores to sell Agro Nibbles makhana products
2. Approach and build relationships with restaurants, cafes, and hotels for bulk supply and menu integration
3. Generate leads and close deals for corporate gifting and hamper orders
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders
5. Conduct product sampling and explain product benefits (healthy snacking, premium quality, GI-tag makhana)
6. Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities
7. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Requirements:

1. 1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG preferred)
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Self-motivated and target-oriented
4. Basic understanding of local market (Mumbai preferred)
5. Own vehicle is a plus
