2. Telephonic Screening and shortlisting profiles in the preliminary rounds of interview

3. Sourcing and selecting potential candidates from various online channels, for a company.

4. Listen Properly requirements of recruiting companies

5. Preparing Job Descriptions

6. Screening incoming resumes and application forms

7. Taking follow up with candidates.  

8. Scheduling interviews with clients etc.
