Junior Medical Doctor

Role Objective The Junior Medical Officer will be responsible for managing the Outpatient Department (OPD), ensuring high-quality primary care, and assisting senior consultants in patient management and clinical documentation.

• Key Responsibilities Patient Consultation: Conduct initial patient assessments, record vital signs, and take detailed medical histories.
• OPD Management: Handle routine OPD cases, diagnose common ailments.
• Clinical Support: Assist senior doctors during specialized procedures and follow-up consultations.
• Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic or physical health records (EHR/EMR) for all patients.
• Patient Counseling: Educate patients on dosage, lifestyle modifications, and dietary habits according to their treatment plan.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Degree: Must hold a valid BAMS, BUMS or BHMS degree from a recognized university.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an OPD or clinical setting.
• Communication: Fluent in [Local Language] and English/Hindi for effective patient interaction.
• Attitude: Empathetic, disciplined, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
