Ayurvedic Medical Representative (MR)

Job Summary:

The Ayurvedic Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Ayurvedic products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong relationships, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit Ayurvedic doctors, general physicians, and healthcare practitioners regularly

2. Promote company’s Ayurvedic products effectively and scientifically

3. Generate prescriptions and ensure product availability at pharmacies

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

5. Conduct product presentations and awareness activities

6. Organize doctor meetings, camps, and promotional events

7. Monitor competitor activities and market trends

8. Submit daily reports (DCR), weekly reports, and monthly sales reports

Key Skills Required:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic products and concepts

3. Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

4. Good territory management skills
