Roles and Responsibilities of Receptionist

1)       Meeting Business Monthly Target

2)       Making Sure that Spa Property are in tact operationally to do Massages services

3)       Ensure proper inventories of all spa consumables and equipment’s

4)       Taking regular team meeting and team briefing and updating the on new offers and spa targets and achievements

5)       Able to liaise with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of the spa operations.

6)       Able to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions.

7)       Responsible for checking and overseeing all guest settlements like cash, CC, room settlements etc.

8)       Responsible for reviewing all client feedback results and implement improvements to ensure  client satisfaction.

9)       Manage spa inventory effectively,and report to owner or owner representative on spa inventories requirement

10)    Learning Spa Software functionalities is mandatory

11)    Ensure that spa department follows business conduct and ethics.

12)    Able to upsell the spa packages

13)    Raise spa requisitions of all retail and operational items as and when required.

14)    Gather information and remain fully informed of local and international trends in Spa operations.

15) Job timings are 1pm to 11pm only need to apply .
