Business Development Activities

1.  Lead Management - Call on New Leads and Report the same

2. Lead Follow Up Follow Up on existing leads.

3. Proforma invoice: Make a pro forma invoice for converted leads and follow up for the payment on the same

4.    Data Distribution

5.    Distribute converted leads or near-converted leads to the concerned person

6.    Shipment Booking: Book shipments and pickups for the small LTL loads from the office

Sales Team Management Activities:

1. Plan meetings for performance review.

2. Sales Data Management: Check on the sales data of employees every week and make a sales report of the same with the format provided

3. Track the performance of every employee as per their KPI

Stock Update: Take stock update from the responsible Reporting Person and Update the same in the Format Provided within 15 Days

HR Activities:

1. Take the first round of Interviews for eligible candidates
2. Forward Shortlisted Candidates for the second round
3. Salary Negotiation and finalisation of selected candidates
4. Joining Documentation of the candidates

Admin Activities:

1. Record Keeping and accouting work
2. Sale Purchase data management
3. Expense entry & book keeping
