Role Overview:

The Croffle Guys is looking for energetic and reliable team members to join our fast-growing dessert café concept. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love desserts, coffee, and customer interaction, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve croffles, beverages, and desserts as per brand standards

Deliver quick, friendly, and consistent customer service

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workstation organization

Handle basic POS billing and order coordination

Ensure product quality and presentation at all times

Support daily opening and closing duties

Requirements:

0–3 years of experience in QSR, café, or dessert brands (freshers can apply)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety
