Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates for housekeeping job opportunities.

Source candidates through job portals, databases, and references.

Explain job roles, salary, location, and company policies to candidates.

Schedule interviews and joining dates for selected candidates.

Maintain candidate records and manpower database.

Coordinate with HR, supervisors, and clients for manpower requirements.

Follow up with candidates for documents and joining confirmation.

Track daily recruitment and calling targets.
