Telecaller

SPIRE Consultant is hiring an experienced Real Estate telecaller to handle property sales and client coordination.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outbound property leads

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

Conduct site visits with clients

Explain pricing, payment plans, and project details

Follow up with clients and close deals

Coordinate with builders and internal team

Maintain client follow-ups and basic records

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in real estate sales (mandatory)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with site visits and field work

Basic knowledge of Mumbai real estate market

Smartphone and WhatsApp required

Salary & Incentives

Fixed salary + attractive commission (based on performance)
