Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities: Tele calling Executive

Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients/students.

Explain courses, services, and promotions clearly and professionally.

Maintain lead data, follow-up records, and CRM updates.

Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Handle inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Excel ).

Positive attitude, punctuality, and customer-centric approach.

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: – 6 Months to 2 years 

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 9-hour shift
