Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively call leads, identify prospects, present offerings, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Customer Interaction: Answer questions, address concerns, explain products, build rapport, and handle complaints professionally.
• Data Management: Accurately enter and update customer information, call logs, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Work towards and meet individual and team sales quotas.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of company products/services to effectively explain benefits.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups on leads to ensure high conversion rates and nurture future sales.
