Telesales Executive

Core responsibilities

• Make outbound calls: Contact potential and existing customers to promote products or services and generate leads or sales. 
• Handle inbound calls: Answer customer questions and address inquiries or complaints. 
• Promote products/services: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers. 
• Generate and follow up on leads: Cultivate sales opportunities and follow up with potential and existing customers. 
• Maintain records: Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in a CRM system. 
• Meet targets: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales and call targets. 
• Provide customer support: Resolve customer issues and build positive customer relationships.
