Telesales Executive

We are looking for passionate and persuasive individuals to join our fundraising team as Telesales. The role involves connecting with potential donors over the phone, spreading awareness about our NGO’s social initiatives, and inspiring them to contribute towards meaningful causes.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to individuals, corporate employees, and past donors to raise funds for the NGO’s programs.
• Clearly communicate the NGO’s mission, projects, and impact to potential donors.
• Maintain a positive relationship with donors by providing updates and thanking them for their support.
• Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets.
• Record all donor interactions accurately in the CRM or call log.
• Collaborate with the fundraising and marketing team for campaign planning and execution.
• Handle donor queries politely and professionally.
• Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service will be preferred but not mandatory.
