Telesales Executive

Job Title: Tele-Caller

Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/prospects as per provided data
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate leads and schedule appointments
• Follow up with interested candidates/customers
• Maintain call records and update CRM or reports
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language as required)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to convince and negotiate
• Prior tele-calling or customer support experience preferred
• Freshers can also apply

Working Hours: 9 hr

Location: Mira-bhyandar

Salary: 15k to 25k + PF
