Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year in Sales / Telesales

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, promoting company products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve monthly targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
