Warehouse Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

1. Barcoding:

Receive incoming stock and verify items against purchase orders.

Apply barcodes/labels on products accurately.

Ensure all products are scanned and updated in the system.

Maintain barcode quality and report any scanning issues.

2. Picking: 

Use picking lists or handheld devices to pick items from racks/bins.

Verify product details such as SKU, batch number, expiry date, and quantity.

Ensure accuracy and speed while picking orders.

Place picked items in designated areas for packing.

3. Packing:

Check picked items for damage, quantity mismatch, or wrong products.

Pack items using appropriate packaging material to avoid transit damage.

Seal, label, and prepare parcels for dispatch.

Maintain packing quality standards.
