Field Collection Executive

Job Title: Collection Executive – 2W (Two-Wheeler Loans)

Reporting To: Collection Team Leader / Manager

Job SummaryThe Collection Executive – 2W is responsible for timely collection of EMIs from two-wheeler loan customers, reducing overdue accounts, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while following company policies and RBI guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCollect monthly EMIs from assigned two-wheeler loan customers.
• Follow up with customers on overdue and delinquent accounts.
• Visit customers’ locations for field collections as per allocation.
• Update daily collection details in the system and submit reports.
• Explain payment options and resolve customer queries related to dues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct (COC).
• Achieve assigned collection targets and bucket-wise recovery.
• Coordinate with branch, sales, and credit teams when required.
• Handle customer objections professionally and escalate critical cases.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and receipts.
• Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th / Inter / Degree (preferred).
• Experience: 0–3 years in collections (2W / retail loans preferred).
• Knowledge of local areas and customers.
• Two-wheeler mandatory with valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and collection apps.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
