Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive


Job Summary:The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships while following company policies and compliance standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, and references
  • Explain company products/services clearly and accurately
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain proper customer documentation and KYC as per company norms
  • Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and disbursements
  • Follow up with customers for conversions and post-sales support
  • Update sales reports and customer data on a regular basis
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, DRA/COC guidelines, and ethics
  • Attend review meetings, training sessions, and performance discussions
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10th / Inter / Degree (as applicable)
  • Prior sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile applications
  • Willingness to work in the field and meet customers
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
