Responsibilities

· Lead the BTG division in Mirzapur, overseeing all aspects of operations and project execution

· Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, prioritizing a zero-incident work environment

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for project delivery

· Manage the division's budget, resources, and timelines to optimize project outcomes

· Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment

· Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

· Prepare and present regular progress reports and performance metrics to senior management

· Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating relevant advancements into the division's operations

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

· Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA) preferred
