AGM- Civil (Mirzapur)

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage all civil engineering projects within the Power sector in Mirzapur

· Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control measures

· Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success

· Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively

· Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering matters

· Implement best practices for civil engineering design and construction

· Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project implementation

· Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality

· Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management

· Mentor and develop junior staff members within the civil engineering team

Non-Negotiable Skills:

1. Expertise in construction of BTG package in thermal Power plant.

2. Lead and manage all civil engineering projects within BTG, ensuring regular updates are provided to the Civil Head.

3. Experience in Consruction of thermal power plant Boiler, Turbine, TG and other package. 

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (master's degree preferred)

Experience:

· Minimum 20-30 years of experience in the Power industry

· Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects

· Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
