Associate General Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for the Thermal Projects site.
• Manage and oversee the security team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Lead investigations into security incidents, prepare incident reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide security awareness training to employees and contractors to enhance the overall security culture.
• Develop and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans to address potential threats and emergencies.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the security program.

Qualifications

15-25 years of experience in security management, preferably in the Thermal Projects industry.
